A list of common winning hands starts with jacks or better, moving on to two pairs, 3 of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It is obvious that the payout schedule can range from game to game, so that skillful bettors are agile enough to pick the most beneficial game each time.

Once the first round has finished, the player can either choose to remain on and try to to increase their winnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any cash that they may have won. Further, several versions of the game allow the gambler a chance to double their winnings, in which case another round is played. There are also variations among specific machines, with some virtual decks having wild cards and other varying elements to enhance playability.
